Add in your mango pulp and mix well. Do not overbeat the mixture as it can lead to the air removal from the whipping cream. For a balanced sweet flavor add in your cream cheese. Cream cheese will balance the sweetness yet give your dessert a very rich flavor. Pour the mixture into cute dessert cups and serve by topping off with whipping cream.
