Lastly, ready-to-cook ingredient involves prepping ingredients you will need to cut down on kitchen time.

If you are making a meal prep box, ensure that you get enough protein and carbs per person. Any good meal prep box’s basics include protein, vegetables, and carbs. Protein can include meat, fish, eggs, etc. Vegetables; fresh or frozen veggies. Carbs include whole grains, etc. If you plan to make a meal prep box, you will probably want to store your food in the fridge. However, you do not necessarily have to store your food in a refrigerator, and you can store your food in the freezer if you prefer. Just make sure to take it out at least 30 minutes before eating it so it does not freeze solid.
