Nothing can make a home feel cozy like flowers do. There is something so special about feeling connected to nature even inside our apartments in the city. Plants can give a room so much life, and can even improve the quality of the air we breathe. There are so many reasons to fill your house with as many plants as you can possibly fit… The only issue is that they require a lot of attention.

If keeping track of your plant-watering calendar is too much for you, it doesn’t mean you cannot have plants around your house. Luckily the time has come for humanity to create a waterless type of plant. Lego has just released two build-your-own plant sets that look just as impressive as the natural ones. The best part about this new invention is that these plants can live forever – and they don’t even need light or water!

The two kits created by the famous plastic-brick company are quite different: a flower bouquet and a bonsai tree. Both sets are customizable, so they can be rearranged to match a room design or the builder’s mood at any time. A few of the flowers that can be built include roses, poppies, snapdragons, asters, daisies, and even different foliage to make your bouquet look fuller.

Another interesting fact about this cool new release is that some of the pieces from these sets are produced with plant-based plastic. That is, a percentage of the pieces in the Lego sets were actually made from sustainably sourced sugarcane. In fact, the company says its aim is to have all core materials for its bricks made from sustainable sources by 2030.
