Happy National Napping Day!

The day following the return of daylight saving time, we celebrate National Napping Day!  This day was created to give everyone the chance to enjoy a cozy nap and catch up on the lost sleep due to the time change forward.

Science has proven mid-day naps to be good for you and is highly common among many cultures.

A rest can make you feel a whole lot better and completely change your mood for the better.  With even just a little more sleep, we can become more productive and energetic for the rest of the day.

Studies have found that 10-20 minutes is the ideal time to take a nap when experiencing midday tiredness.
