Ah, the bagel. A classic New York food staple, this carb-packed brunch favorite is usually served up with cream cheese, smoked salmon, and red onions. Maybe some added capers for the more daring among us. But from a quick glance at the ‘gram, people are finally starting to see the light. Because guess what? There is no right way to eat a bagel.
