Peanut Butter & Jelly Overnight Oats
We all know and love the classic peanut butter and jelly sandwich that we adopted from the legendary Elvis Presley. But if you’re seeking some variety in this wicked combination, or to cut down on bread, this overnight oatmeal recipe will change your mornings forever.
Overnight oats is also a great morning time saver, and thanks to the yogurt and milk, it provides more protein than instant oatmeal traditionally made with water.
What you’ll need for two portions
2/3 cup of rolled oats
2/3 cup of any type of milk
1/2 cup of greek yogurt, preferably vanilla flavor
1 tablespoon of berry flavored jam
3 tablespoons of peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Mix all of the ingredients together in mason jar (a container works too) but the jar is more aesthetic and Instagramable. Seal the jar tight and put it in the fridge overnight.
Top it off with berries or chia seeds and enjoy!
