Starting with one of the best recipes out there for cold winter nights, all you need to make a chocolate souffle are ramekins and an oven. Mix flour, sugar, milk, butter, bittersweet chocolate, eggs, and vanilla extract, and pour the batter into the recipients. Bake for 16 to 18 minutes and you are ready to go. The most important part of this process is making sure the oven is not too warm, or it might bake the inside of your souffle.
