Omelet In A Mug
You get up and don’t want to cook. We’ve got you! Just whip up an egg in a mug and add in salt and pepper. Beat the mixture until it is fluffy. Then, add in your vegetables. Pro Tip: Add frozen vegetables so that you avoid the hassle of chopping vegetables. Pop the mug in the microwave for 3-4 minutes and you are done. Make yourself a smoothie and your breakfast is done in less than 5 minutes.
Mac and Cheese
For lunch, we are going old school. Just get some pasta and add it to a mug. Pour hot water and microwave it for 10 minutes or until tender. Just pop in your cheese, pasta, salt, pepper and for a kick add in cajun spice. Mix well. Top with breadcrumbs. Heat the cup in the microwave for 2 minutes and you have your yummy lunch. You can also use pre-boiled pasta.
Pizza in a mug
Yes, you read it right again. It’s the simplest, yet the most delicious pizza that you’ll ever make. Just mix 2 tbsp of flour with 1 ½ tsp of water and add ⅛ tsp of yeast. Let it rest for a while. Heat it in the microwave until the bread forms. Top with tomato ketchup and add in your toppings such as cheese, olives, tomatoes and capsicum. Pop it in the microwave until the cheese melts.
We even got you sorted for dessert. Take ¼ cup of flour, ½ cup of sugar, and ⅛ cup of cocoa powder. Make sure they are all sifted and mixed together properly. Then move on to the wet ingredients. Start by adding ¼ cup of milk and 2 tsp of oil. Mix the mixture well before adding an egg. Lastly, mix together the dry and wet ingredients. Put it in the microwave until cooked. Serve with Nutella.
