Recipe: Magic Energy Bites
If you are looking for some new easy, healthy recipes or snack ideas to keep you energized and focused throughout the day, then look no further. These magic energy bites are here to save the day, and will have your mouth watering at every bite.
What you’ll need:
1 package of pitted dates (with no added sugar)
2 tablespoons of all natural peanut butter
2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of pure honey
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
2 tablespoons of shredded coconut
Chia seeds, optional
In a large bowl mix together all of the ingredients except for the coconut. Make sure everything is well mixed, feel free to even use your hands. Divide the batter up into medium sized balls on a plate with space in between each, then sprinkle the coconut over the balls. Put in the fridge overnight and you’ve got yourself the most delicious energy bites.
