Delectable Tofu Recipes
Here are three different styles and techniques to make your tofu even more delicious!
1. Garlic Dijon Tofu Marinade
Ingredients:
- 14 oz Tofu, 1 Block
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1/4 Cup Mustard
- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 Cup Basil
- 2 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper
Directions:
1. Combine Water, Mustard, Mayonnaise, Basil, Garlic, Salt & Pepper. Mix Until Combined.
2. Add Tofu & Refrigerate. Marinate For 1-3 Hours.
3. Prepare As Desired

2. Spicy BBQ Tofu Marinade
Ingredients:
- 14 oz Tofu, 1 Block
- 1/2 Jalapeno Pepper Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Honey Or Agave
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Paprika
- 1 Tablespoon Chilli Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Cumin
Directions:
1. Combine Jalapeno, Apple Cider Vinegar, Honey/Agave, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Paprika, Chilli Powder And Cumin.
2. Mix Until Combined
3. Add Tofu And Refrigerate, Marinate For 1-3 Hours
4. Prepare As Desired
3. Lemon Herb Tofu Marinade
Ingredients:
- 14 oz Tofu, 1 Block, Cubed
- 1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Basil, Chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper
- 2 Cloves Galic, Minced
Directions:
1. Combine Lemon Juice, Basil, Salt, Pepper And Garlic. Mix Until Combined
2. Add Tofu And Refrigerate. Marinate For 1-3 Hours
