Here are some of our favorite one-pot recipes so that you never have to think twice about cooking at home again.
One-pot Italian chicken
First, prepare your ingredients: chop two garlic cloves, slice a tomato, and season four chicken breasts. Grab a large non-stick frying pan and place it over high heat. Melt some butter in it, then add the chicken breast fillets. Cook it for five minutes on each side, then transfer to a plate. Using the same pan, cook the garlic cloves, then add the sliced tomatoes, then one cup of heavy cream and chicken stock. Return the chicken to the pan and let it simmer for another five minutes – voilà, your deliciously creamy Italian chicken is ready to be served.
One-Pot Chicken Ravioli Bake
In a large deep frying pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook half a sliced onion, stirring, until soft. Add two cups of carbonara sauce and one cup of chicken stock. Then, add a packet of cheese ravioli and let it cook for ten minutes. Add chicken, peas, and spinach, then cook for another two minutes. Lastly, sprinkle your chicken ravioli with parmesan and grill it for about five minutes.
