In a bowl, whisk one cup of melted unsalted butter, another of white and one more of brown sugar, as well as a little bit of vegetable oil. Then, add four eggs and some vanilla, and beat the dough with a mixer until it becomes light in color. Mix in one cup of cocoa powder and another of flour, plus a pinch of salt. Now pour some chopped chocolate or chocolate chips and fold the batter around it. Pour everything into a baking tray and keep it in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

Here are some tips to guarantee that your brownies come out perfectly. Bake them only until the center no longer jiggles and then let them cool – this will allow the brownies to set while cooling down and result in a very fudgy center. Also, if you want to add extra ingredients, here is a list of our favorite add-ins: crushed almonds or other nuts, caramel pieces, mini marshmallows, peanut butter, or even dried fruits.
