The Trending Organic Food Market

Organic foods refer to those foods that are grown, processed, and produced through organic ways of agriculture. There is a variation in the regulations of different countries, but in the US, however, organic food products must be grown, processed, and produced without any usage of synthetic materials like GMOs, fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, or any other bioengineered products. For a product to be labeled “organic”, it must be free of any sort of artificial additives. These additives include but are not limited to, colorings, preservatives, flavorings, sweeteners, etc. Since no synthetic fertilizers are used in organic farming, natural substances like compost organic materials and animal manure are used to fertilize the soil and improve plant growth. In the same way, animals that are raised organically for meat, eggs, and dairy products are not given any sort of antibiotics or artificial hormones. They are raised in natural living conditions and are given space to practice their natural behaviors like grazing, feeding, and foraging.
