This Inspiring Woman Lost 119 Despite Her Medical Condition

Mariana, this incredibly inspiring woman who suffers from Polycystic Ovary Syndrome decided that she was not going to let anything stop her from achieving her weight loss goal, and successfully managed to loose an impressive 119 pounds!
She decided as her new years resolution to take health more seriously and make it more of a priority in her life. Deciding to lose weight can be a big step for many, whether it be to become healthier or become more confident, it can make small changes that can change your entire life.
She also made the most of all of the available fitness inspiration on the Internet, with before and after pictures and endless tips. She became committed to working out on a regular basis and following a more regimented diet.
Once she started to see results and understand how much her hard work is paying off, it only made her more motivated and want to continue. But some people unfortunately are faced with challenges along the way when it comes to their health.
She drank lots of water and aimed to eat small meals every 2-3 hours, and tried to always keep in mind that everyone is different, and do what worked for her.
Women who are diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome such as Mariana experience hormonal imbalances. These imbalances can cause several different things to breakout, one of which is excessive weight gain. The condition is known to make it especially hard to lose weight.
Mariana started to quickly gain weight since middle school, but despite everything she managed to loose an entire 119 pounds in three years.
