Woman Takes Photos Dressed As Cinderella With A Glass Arm
Every child dreams of being a fairytale princess. But for Mandy Pursley, this dream always felt much further out of reach. Growing up as an amputee before the age of social media, she didn’t know any other children were going through the same thing, and she definitely didn’t see people who looked like her represented in the media. So as an adult, she decided to do something to inspire little girls everywhere.
After her daughter fell in love with Cinderella, Mandy decided to take up sewing to create something magical.
Belle Of The Ball
She worked for over 90 hours creating this dress and a Prince Charming costume for her husband.
Happily Ever After
Mandy wanted to inspire little girls like her and give them the role model she never had.
Dreams Really Do Come True
Princesses come in all shapes and sizes.
